are offered to individuals, couples and groups. In these sessions space is held for the participants to check in with their feelings and become aware of their needs. When needs awareness is fostered the participant comes up with strategies to meet those needs.
Having awareness of one's needs leads to a life of consciousness and choice. Participants are encouraged to put forth specific do-able requests as a strategy to get their needs met.
When one's needs are met feelings of joy, satisfaction, relief and inner peace are possible.
