Susan believes that one way of promoting global peace is through the practice of inner peace. She believes that the energy that each of us emanates contributes to the overall energy of the planet.
Through her study of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Susan has found a tool to help her meet her needs for learning and growth, consciousness and awareness.
For the more then 13 years Susan has dedicated much personal time practicing empathy.
Susan has been privileged to experience and observe hundreds of instances where individuals "shift" from a place of stress and anxiety to gratitude and relief through the process of empathy. Through her many years of empathy practice she has witnessed that "Inner Peace is Possible".
Susan has offered Compassionate Communication (NVC)
throughout the Hudson Valley. She brings the tools of Nonviolent Communication into educational, healthcare and private settings. As a Registered Nurse, Susan offers empathy to both the patients and students with whom she works.
Her passion for Nonviolent Communication has led her to share this work at
